On Saturday, Dec. 20, the Vignola Fortress will open its doors for free admission days to girls, boys and families for a special experience in fantasy and storytelling.
With “Fairy Tales in Rocca,” actor and storyteller Kirtan (Roberto Romagnoli) will lead the audience on a journey through fairy tales, fantastic worlds and medieval suggestions, turning the visit into a real adventure. The Rocca will become a realm of stories for a day: among frescoed halls, ancient staircases and rooms laden with memory, fairy tales will come to life, accompanying participants to discover the place through storytelling, listening and sharing.
The initiative includes three free tours, open to all: 10:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
“Fairy Tales in the Rock” is especially aimed at families and those who wish to spend a different and valuable time with the little ones. Fairy tales thus become a tool for getting to know the place, experiencing it emotionally and creating a moment of shared relationship and listening.
Participation is free: just show up at the Rock ten minutes before the start time of the visit.
The intervention of Romagnoli, an actor, trainer and performer with long experience, brings within the spaces of the Rocca a sensitive and personal reading of the place; his visits, much appreciated by the public, are distinguished by their ability to restore historical depth and emotional resonance. Roberto Romagnoli – known by his stage name “Kirtan” – has been alternating performances, educational projects and place-related storytelling practices for years.
Opening hours of the Fortress: 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. | 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (last admission one hour before closing)
