Since 1998, the Fortress has been owned by the Fondazione di Vignola.

Groups are required to make reservations by contacting the Rocca di Vignola at email info@roccadivignola.it
Groups are required to be accompanied by an in-house guide provided by the Rocca di Vignola or by a licensed professional tour guide with a card that certifies this.
The in-house guide must be requested and booked in advance (at least 3 days in advance), at the same time as the group reservation.
Every Thursday morning, until the end of the school year, the Rocca di Vignola welcomes schools with tailored educational programs for children and young people, from kindergarten to upper secondary school. The visits are designed to suit different age groups and school curricula, offering an engaging and in-depth learning experience.

About the Visit

Access rules for visiting
- The visit should be conducted in accordance with the routes, signage and directions provided by staff.
- The Fortress has uneven pavement and uneven height steps, and the use of appropriate footwear is strongly recommended.
- Smoking, writing on walls, bringing in animals are not allowed.
- The Fortress premises are protected by CCTV cameras.

By car:
For those arriving from Milan on the A1 highway, Modena Sud exit in the direction of Spilamberto, Vignola (km 12).
For those arriving from Bologna on the A1 Highway, Exit Bologna Casalecchio in the direction of Bazzano, Vignola (km 20).
Car parking: Zenzano Street, connected by underpass to Contrari Square.
Parking for coaches: Via Zenzano. Drivers can accompany passengers to the Rocca (Via Ponte Muratori), and then park in Via Zenzano.
